ELW (ExoticLeatherWorld) warrants its products to the original purchaser against any manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for up to 30 days after the purchase date. As long as your product is unworn (i.e., unscratched soles on boots), unused (for small leather goods), and within 30 days of receipt, all you need to do is shoot us an email at customerservice@exoticleatherworld.com and we will gladly send a return shipping label and take care of the rest for you.
The warranty does not cover any damage due to excessive wear, abuse, or damage. If your product has a defect and is within 30 days
ELW (ExoticLeatherWorld) will issue a refund.
Due to ELW’s (ExoticLeatherWorld) unique and exotic components, any work performed on your item will render the warranty null and void.
You’ll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.
